Why are you called Triperna?
We drew inspiration from the graceful arctic tern. The arctic tern is exceptional because it is arguably the world’s most well-travelled species. Triperna is all about travel experiences that match your expectations.

Where is Triperna based?
Triperna is brought to you by the same people who brought you daily deal website, Cobone. Our headquarters are located in Dubai, UAE and we have regional offices in various cities across Saudi Arabia.

What can I expect to find on Triperna?
Everyday, we select the best offers and opportunities from hotels, travel agencies and activity centers. Whether you are planning a short break outside or the Eid holidays or need a last minute weekend escape or a staycation, you will find the “Best Package Price” on Triperna.com . Should you find the same package with the same conditions for less after confirming your booking within 24 hours, we will refund the difference. Please note that you will be required to provide supporting documentation of the lower price.

What does the price include?
Each service is unique. All details will be outlined in the overview section.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
At the time of purchase you will have the option to select your booking date. You will receive a booking confirmation right away, via email. The confirmation will be sent to the email address that is linked to your account.

If you don’t know your travel or check-in dates (or select a payment option that does not support this feature), you can contact the hotel or travel agent to coordinate your booking date and confirmation.

How do I book multiple rooms for a particular night?
We do not offer this feature at this point in this time as we are still under beta testing. You will need to make separate bookings.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed for the date I selected?
Once you make a booking, we will send a confirmation email to you and the supplier. Don’t hesitate to contact us or the supplier directly.

What if the calendar does not load on my computer?
This may occur if your internet connection is very slow or if your browser is outdated. If your internet speed and browser are fine, please clear your cache, and restart your router.

How can I select more than one date if I want two or more bookings?
Unfortunately this feature is presently unavailable. You will need to make 2 separate transactions.

Can I make a booking on the same day I want to use it?
Yes, provided it is available. If there is no calendar, please contact the supplier before making a purchase.

What is a confirmation code?
Every booking has a confirmation code which allows you to track your booking. Please keep this in a safe location.

The package does not mention children. Can I still bring them?
Please check the terms to see if the children’s policy is already mentioned. If there is no information, please contact us on support@triperna.com or phone number 9714-4357605 from Sunday-Thursday between 9am and 5pm.

For any other special requests, we recommend making your request as far in advance as possible. Alternatively, you can find contact information for your supplier in your confirmation email. All special requests are subject to availability. Bookings

What is the booking calendar for?
The booking calendar displays the available dates for the offer you are looking at. It allows you to select your travel date at time of purchase.

How do I select my preferred date?
All you need to do is click on your preferred date on the booking calendar. You will receive a booking confirmation via email as soon as your payment is complete.

What if the booking date I’m interested in is not available?
You have the option to select the ‘I have no fixed dates’ checkbox while making your booking. This allows you the flexibility to choose your dates at a later period. You can contact the supplier directly regarding the date you're interested in. While this does not guarantee availability for your chosen date(s), there is a possibility that there may have been a cancellation for that date.

How can I modify a booking date I’ve already made ?
Please feel free to call our customer service number on 9714-4357605 with your booking confirmation number in hand. You could also contact the supplier directly to change the booking.

Can I cancel my booking through Triperna?
Unfortunately this is not possible. We recommend waiting until you are absolutely sure of your dates to make a booking. Please bear in mind that refunds are not possible (refer to our terms and conditions page).

I am making a purchase using my credit card. When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the time you make your purchase

I don’t have a credit card. Can I still make a purchase?
Absolutely. Triperna accepts a variety of payment methods. We also accept Visa Electron debit cards, PayPal, One Card and Cash U prepaid cards.
If you are not comfortable with making payments online, we also offer courier services (in the UAE and Saudi Arabia) to collect your payment. To avail this service in the UAE, select ‘CashEx’ when making your purchase. In Saudi Arabia select ‘Fedex’. You will receive your booking confirmation via email.

Is Triperna safe?
We take your privacy and security very seriously. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL 128 bit encryption directly to a secure electronic vault. At no point do we store your credit card information on our servers. For more information, please contact us at security@triperna.com
